Project details

  • Location: Fort Collins, CO
  • Completed: June 2025
  • Service: Driveway replacement
  • Base: Compacted gravel, regraded for drainage
  • Reinforcement: Rebar
  • Concrete: 4000 PSI
  • Finish: Broom finish with clean edges and expansion joints

How we did it

  1. Tore out the old driveway completely.
  2. Regraded the slope so water drains away from the house, then compacted a new gravel base.
  3. Installed rebar and set the forms to follow the layout of the home.
  4. Poured a 4000 PSI slab and finished it with a broom texture, clean edges and expansion joints.

The result

The homeowner now has an even, clean driveway on a solid base, reinforced to handle daily traffic through the seasons. If yours is past repair too, take a look at our driveway replacement work or browse more of our recent work.
